In the middle of the 19th century, God summoned Bahá’u’lláh—meaning the “Glory of God”—to deliver a new Revelation to humanity. For four decades thousands of verses, letters and books flowed from His pen. In His Writings, He outlined a framework for the development of a global civilization which takes into account both the spiritual and material dimensions of human life.

We invite you to learn about the Bahá’í Faith, our community, and get involved in transformative neighbourhood  activities taking place throughout our city. Together with over 100,000 localities around the globe we are working to build a peaceful society from the community up!

Bahá’ís believe the crucial need facing humanity is to find a unifying vision of the nature and purpose of life and of the future of society. Such a vision unfolds in the writings of Bahá’u’lláh.

Bahá’u’lláh said, “The earth is but one country and mankind its citizens,” and that, as foretold in all the sacred scriptures of the past, now is the time for humanity to live in unity.

Bahá’ís work to strengthen communities through the spiritual education of children, the empowerment of youth, the enrichment of the character of community life, and the expansion of capacities for service.
